Annoyingly strict and nagging

Yet undeniably sweet and caring

Selfless and loving

Patient and understanding.

 

A very good friend

A wise counselor

A firm disciplinarian

An angel, a guardian.

 

A shelter in the raging storm

A shoulder to lean upon

An adviser when things go wrong

A woman with a heart so strong.

 

A teacher, a sister

A friend in all ways

A trainer, a provider

A champion in life’s race.

 

She is not just a pretty face,

She is excellent in many ways

She’s a fighter, she’s on fire

She’s got every thing it takes.

 

Mother, this is for you

For every thing you did

Just know that I love you so

My MAMA, my Hero!

When you can’t seem to battle your fears

Just remember, My child

Be Grateful!

Psalm 107:1

       “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.”
      Be grateful! Yes! In everything, we MUST give thanks. As another new day starts to unfold, as another new flower starts to bloom, as another new leaf starts to fall, and as another new life starts to come by, let us all bear in mind that these are to be thanked for. Everything is NOTHING when it is not appreciated, but a small thing can be SOMETHING when we are being thankful for it. Live life in contentment and you’ll find inner joy and satisfaction. God always reminds us to live a grateful life. In Him, we find assurance that Everything works out for good to those who love Him and are called in His purpose, so there isn’t really a reason for us not to be thankful. As we start a new day, let’s embark these principles in our hearts and minds: Trust GOD. Appreciate Life. Be Grateful!
